"The best way to go from Riga to Vilnius"
The tour was really good and Laura was one of the best guides I have ever had. She is very energetic and enthusiastic about her job and she is always willing to share all the information with the group. I think we spent the right amount of time in all the stops.

"Amazing tour!"
First time doing a tour like this and didn’t know what to expect. Well, it was super nice and I will definitely do that again!
Our guide Laura had a super good vibe, really enthusiastic and smiling and she had answers to all our questions.
The timing for every stop was good.
I’ll definitely recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting the Baltic!
Thank you so much
"Best Way to Travel between Vilnius to Riga"
We had a wonderful time with Laura on the tour. She was brilliant, super fun and very informative and we got to see places that we would not have been able to see without driving ourselves.
"Informative and fun"
Laura was an absolute delight as our driver and guide for the day.
She is fun, knowledgeable and a careful driver.
She is obviously an experienced guide and her bubbly personality made us all feel welcome and wanted.
"Very convenience tour!"
If you have a plan to visit Riga and Vilnius, this is a must tour! During the day, you will visit many stunning places during the way to Vilnius. Our guide named Daumant. He is very nice and easy going.
"Best way to travel from Riga to Vilnius!!!"
Booking this tour was hands down the best decision for traveling from Riga to Vilnius. Our guide Laura was amazing, knowledgeable and just a lovely and funny person. She really made the 11+ hours fly by. The stops along the way were chosen well, and Laura gave us lots of background info on the individual stops but then we also had time to just explore a little. The lunch stop was very yummy and a great location and the fact that she ordered our chosen food ahead saved us time.
We travelled as a family of 3 and really can't recommend this tour enough (even our teenager had a great time :)
"A Tour, which I strongly recommend!"
A very interesting tour, with a magnificient guide (Laura)! All the more so considering that it provides best value for money!
"Great tour from Riga to Vilnius"
Tour guide was very enthusiastic and fun. Stopped at interesting places, we had enough free time at each stop. Laura gave us a quick over view/history about each of the places we visited.
Only 4 people on the tour so nice small group.
"Unforgettable tour with an amazing tour guide"
Mikelis gave us a pleasant drive to Kaunas following with Hill of Crosses and Rundāle palace. The city, Kaunas, definitely is worth a visit. The walk is easy and relaxed. Mikelis adjusted to our pace and left us time to shop or have a coffee break to slow down if we need to.
We are lucky to have Mikelis - He is very engaging, calm and accommodative. He shared with us the interesting details about life in Latvia. We enjoyed every second of this highly interesting tour.
"Excellent way of travel from Riga to Tallinn"
We booked a private tours for my parents (in their 60s) and I to travel from Vilnius - Riga - Tallinn. We took the Vilnius - Riga tour first, then this tour Riga - Tallinn.
Our tour guide for this tour was Mike, he was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable at the locations we visited. The trip was such a great experience, I'd highly recommend this to anyone. Zero complain.
"Beautiful Gauja"
We had the pleasure to be shown around the Gauja nationalpark area by our guide Mikelis. Also, we were lucky enough to visit the Gauja river when no one else was there - truly magical! Can only recommend!
"A fun and interesting way to travel from Vilnius to Riga"
We were a group of eight friends who decided to use this tour to get to Riga. It was a great decision. We got to visit the town of Kaunas that we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. The stop at the Hill of Crosses was both eerie and interesting. We were then lucky to have the most beautiful light when we got to Rundale Palace. Because we travelled in the very late Autumn, the days were short and saw the most beautiful sunset there. Laura, our guide, was enthusiastic and gave a fantastic energy to the whole tour and agreed without hesitation to try to see Salsapils in pitch darkness. Thanks to one of our friend’s strong photography lighting we got to experience this place in a very different way. It was intensely emotional.
All in all, we had fun and saw so much more than we would otherwise. For a great price. Thank you!
"Informative, scenic and well managed."
Anna was welcoming, warm and clear. The long tour had a good balance of traveling, walking, history and explanation. The meal stop was memorable. We learned a huge amount about Latvia and Estonia during the day.
"THE BEST TOUR EVER!!!"
Ahhhh.. I couldn’t exactly put into words how happy and contented we are. It was an AMAZING tour with LAWWWWRA (Laura)! She’s amazing 😉 There are no dull moments at all. She’s informative, energetic, friendly and obviously witty (Oh, and a great singer, too! 😉) We travelled for about 11 and half hours with 5 stops including the lunch and I will tell you guys, paying 65€ for a full day tour is all worth it!!
I highly recommend this tour. Good job, guys! Til next time!
"Flexible and informative"
We were met by our guide, Beatrice, who was welcoming and relaxed. She gave a good overview of the tour, assisted with the stowage of the luggage and got us underway promptly. We visited several places of historical interest, where just the right amount of information was given. The group followed Beatrice's lead and relaxed and joked happily together for the day. Her love of country and delightful personality made the rather long day a very pleasant and informative time for us. Highly recommended tour.
"Very Worth It!"
Mike was a fun tour guide and had a ton of knowledge about the history of the Baltics. He told a lot of jokes and even sang multiple times in Latvian for us. I was surprised at how quickly the 9 hour day went. All the stops were really interesting, with a good mix of city and nature. This tour was a good chance for us to visit places that we wouldn't have had a chance to otherwise and we had a great time getting to know our fellow travellers. I would highly recommend this sightseeing tour, especially with Mike as your guide!
"It’s the way to go"
Loved this tour. Mike made it so much fun with his lively commentary, his love of the region, and his own enjoyment in being with us. I enjoyed each activity. And it was well-paced. The 9 hours flew by and I felt no fatigue. Enjoyed the others as well. Excellent value for the money too. Thank you so much.
"Really nice venturing off the beaten path near Jurmala!"
We liked this tour because it took us to hidden spots we never could have located on our own. Our guide Anna was so knowledgeable and could answer all our questions about Latvia, especially about history! We enjoyed the mix of contemporary culture, abandoned Soviet era buildings and the nature of the sea and the forest in the national parks. Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to be surprised by many sights that are not too far from Riga!
"My Lithuanian Ancestry"
Our guide was excellent in every way. She was very knowledgeable, an excellent driver, and helped us feel at ease so that we could really enjoy our journey. A great day. Many thanks. Ervin
"The perfect way to see the Baltics!"
Cheaper than flying and you see everything you didn’t know you wanted to along the way - can’t recommend it enough, the guides were really just awesome people - felt like a road trip with friends.
"Fantastic Tours"
We took the 12 hour trips between Tallinn and Riga and then between Riga and Vilnius. Both days were enjoyable and informative with excellent guides Olga and Triin. Whether stopping at historic castles, nature parks, monuments and museums, or even for lunch, our guides enthusiastically shared local folklore, personal stories, and knowledge of the Baltics. Seeing a little more of the Baltic countries outside of the capitals was a refreshing change as it is mostly gorgeous countryside with farms, forests, wildflowers, and storks! Don't look at any other tour operator because with Traveller Tours you've found the best!
"Very good tours with good guides"
In June I made three tours, Riga-Tallinn, Lahemaa National Park and Riga-Vilnius. I can recommend all three tours, they were really interesting and we saw a lot of things I didn´t read in a travelguide. Especially Riga-Vilnius was very interesting and we saw a lot interesting places.
The staff is very helpful, Isabel answered all my mails very quickly. And Triin is an awesome tour guide. She told the history of Estonia very emotional with a very private character and she told us examples from her own family about the suffering time before Independence. The guides of the other tours were also good, but Triin was phenomenal.
This was a great tour and our tour guide was a hero. She answered any questions we had, and was very friendly. I don't usually leave reviews, but I couldn't help but share my great experience on this tour with this company. We heard about them in Tallinn and did the Free walking tour there as well and decided to see some Latvia also.
"Definitely do that tour in Riga"
I took one of their first Riga tours to Jurmala. The guide was really fun and the tour was awesome. She took us to a huge beautiful sand dune next to a river and showed around in Jurmala. The old wooden houses are so romantic and the abandoned area of Jurmala called Kemeri had mysterious park. And the bog walk was amazing. Definitely do that tour if you get to Riga. Jurmala is quite close, but It is difficult to find these places on your own.
